Where we deliver

Clevaro products ship from the UAE and are currently available for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. We will update this page if we add other countries.

How to order

Orders are placed on Amazon.ae. Checkout, payment, and delivery are handled through Amazon, and Amazon's conditions of use apply to your order.

Processing and delivery time

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery dates and the available delivery options are shown at checkout and depend on your address and the option you choose.

Shipping fees

Delivery fees, and any free-delivery threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You can follow your order from the "Your Orders" page in your Amazon account.

Delays

Delivery can occasionally take longer because of weather, public holidays, high-demand periods, or carrier issues. If your order is late, contact us and we will help.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 15 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will send a replacement or refund you.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Return window

You can return an item within 15 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Items that are unused and unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
• Items that arrived defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered. These are returned at no cost to you and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

What cannot be returned

• Bands that have been worn, used, washed, cut, or altered.
• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear.
• Items returned without their original packaging or without proof of purchase.

How to return

1. Open "Your Orders" in your Amazon account and choose "Return or Replace Items", or email us at info@afagglobal.com with your order number and the reason.
2. For a defective or damaged item, include a clear photo.
3. Follow the return instructions we or Amazon send you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the returned item, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, and your bank may need additional time to show it.

Return shipping

We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For a change of mind, return shipping is paid by you unless a free return label is provided at the time of return.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item for another Clevaro product, subject to availability.

Check fit first

Please check the compatibility list on this page before ordering. An item ordered for the wrong device is treated as a change of mind.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order before it ships from your Amazon account.

Clevaro bands are replacement accessories. Stop using a band if it irritates your skin, and rinse and dry it after exposure to sweat or sea water. Water exposure limits of your device are set by its manufacturer.

Limitation of liability
